Bumblebees

Bumblebee Class typically accepts children from the age of 6 months, where they stay until they reach approximately 18 months. Children in this class form close bonds with the practitioners who work closely with the families to ensure that the children settle as quickly as possible.

Caterpillars

Caterpillar Class supports toddlers from the age of 18 months, where they stay until they reach approximately 30 months. We manage careful, regular transition sessions from the Bumblebees to Caterpillars. As they share some outdoor space, they are already familiar with the staff, and one of the Caterpillar team spends a day in the baby room each week too. The Caterpillar Class has it's own outdoor area under cover as well as access to a grass laid garden.

Butterflies

Children transition to the Butterfly Class at approximately the age 0f 30-36 months. Each child follows their own journey supported by staff. The Butterfly Class opens onto a large outdoor area, complete with outdoor soft play, large sandpit, growing area and a variety of large wheeled toys and a range of construction materials.
